: It was funny to see 'needing a hubby' from a guy. :-) Your article is spot on, though, because just getting a name on your list doesn't mean much of anything. This is even more true in the age of social media where the buyer has all the power. Consumers have gotten much more savvy and are demanding high quality products and excellent customer service.
