: @NikkiPilkington I have no idea, I have yet to find a way to determine my ROI, but just because it's difficult to calculate doesn't mean you shouldn't invest. I use the free service and it may raise my profile slightly. Just type in my name and your see that the top 20 is usually a profile which is set up by me, as a independent consultant it is important that you are found and control how you are found.
Nazym adds to that ever so slightly, and time is the only marketing budget I have. :)
