I have taught many, many cosmetologists how to cut hair with the scissors ...there are very few professional haircutters that can successfully cut hair with the scissors. My advice ...as a professional to sombody that wants to cut their own hair is to use a razor with a guard to razor-cut your hair.
...There is no way that an individual, even if they are professionaly trained to cut hair ...can successfully cut their own hair.
