: If Obama was able to mobilize millions around a "cause"... Imagine the damage that an angry mob could do to a brand or social media effort. A business owner, CEO really needs to make sure that they know what they are doing with social media from the outset. Otherwise by the time they realize they made a mistake, it is already too late.
