Netbooks—tiny, lightweight subnotebooks—may one day be subsidized by mobile carriers in order to sell them alongside high-speed 3G service. That's what Dell CEO Michael Dell thinks, anyway, according to his comments at the Citigroup Technology Conference yesterday.
