Summary

My favorite of the new socialmedian features launched today is Twitter to socialmedian. It enables me to effectively sms socialmedian by sending a text to twitter and including short code #sm to get that text automatically delivered to socialmedian and shared with my followers.

This taps into a venue that is already richly developed, considering all the ways there are to tweet.

It's a cool feature indeed. I've been using short codes like that for various purposes for a while, so it's not a new concept for me. It's only 4 characters (if you include the space) off the 140 limit, so not a huge chunk of data space lost either.

wow! this is pretty sweet! I can also bring in my Friendfeed account, Digg, Delicious, etc.! Wow! Socialmedian is a potential lifestreamer now, newsstreaming. Cool.
