I agree with you. Businesses need to have a relationship with their potential customers. Trust comes from a client, when there is a one on one relationship. I tell children, there is no profit from anything, where there is not an investment, including friendships and relationships. Starting is the hard part.

Great article, I totally agree as well. This is why having a community manager is an integral part of a company's marketing strategy. Your company doesn't have to be a tech company because any company that has a market also has a community to take care of.
