HOW'S THIS for a delicious Swedish dinner? We had split pea soup, smoked white fish, pickled herring, rye bread with herb butter, haroset (applesauce, cinnamin and wine), pytti pannam (onion, potoato, beef hash), plus steamed kale and wonderful Swedish-style beans, with honey and vinaeger. DeLISH!
