Last week, the news broke that Adam Lambert split from longtime boyfriend Drake LaBry, but it sounds like Adam is getting ready to dive back in. Wow, that didn’t take long. Adam recently spoke to Us Weekly at the premiere of 2012 in L.A. and mentioned that he plans to date on his upcoming tour.

When asked about his breakup, Adam told the magazine that he was cool with being single. Apparently he wasn’t referring to the long term. “I will date on tour,” Lambert told Us.

So what is Adam’s type?  Someone who is intelligent with “creativity and compassion.”

He also confirmed that the decision to end his relationship was mutual and that he has no hard feelings against his ex. “I don’t really feel like there were any mistakes made,” he told Us. “I feel like things evolved. Sometimes you’re on the same page with somebody, and sometimes you have to get off that page and on to another one.”
