The missus and I were visiting a flower shop yesterday when this beauty caught my eye. This is the most amazing flower I've ever seen. The girl that sold the flower told me its name, but I promptly forgot it. (Note to self: Write names down, silly!) If you know the name of this amazing flower, please do let me know.



I spent Saturday morning photographing the flower, and my dear wife helped me to hold a large piece of black cardboard that served as a background.
