antntuk asked: A site I work for has a page ex.: www.mysite.com/languages.html which allows the user to select their desired language. The content of that page is simply a list of 10 languages to choose from. Normally users would see this by geolocation, but we’re closing down one of our sites, so there will be a lot of valid links redirected (301) to that URL.
Will it help our SEO to set the canonical tag to www.mysite.com or will this be considered cheating the search engines?Free Marketing and SEO Resources
