I was finally glad to leave Jaisalmer. The place was starting to get to me, with the heat and all the tourists. There is only so hassle you can take from Indian people trying to sell you their wares. Dad and I were booked for a 17:15 hr train from Jaisalmer to Jaipur. As we were responsible travelers, we got to the train station 45 minutes early. This turned out to be wonderful plsnning, as the train left 30 minutes early. WHO EVER HEARD OF A TRAIN LEAVING EARLY!! ESPECIALLY IN INDIA. Overall, we were very lucky to not have missed our train. We were sat among 2 Spanish girls, a young Korean couple, and an Indian family of 3. The first part of the trip goes fine, we read our books and eat the chicken tandoori nicely wrapped up by the hotel woman.
