After all, it is one thing for fitness and diet experts like Jillian Michaels to give people general or vague advice like “Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables.” And it is another thing altogether for such an expert to tell people precisely what she eats on a daily basis in order to achieve and maintain her own health and weight related goals.
