Summary
Former Jharkhand Chief Minister Madhu Koda is likely to be arrested soon. He was taken out of the ICU on Thursday. Sources investigating the case say the scam could be "much wider than we know" and that Koda was not alone in the scam; he was helped by two of his friends - Binod Sinha and Sanjay Chaudhary.
