The pullback in advertising and consumer purchases has resulted in a dismal quarter for Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia (NYSE: MSO), as revenues fell 25 percent, while its operating loss widened to $11.7 million from last year’s $3.5 million for the third quarter of 2008. MSLO also struggled online as well, with revenues falling 9 percent to $2.7 million from $3.03 million in Q308. The internet segment’s operating loss expanded as well, growing to $2 million from $1.5 million. More to come
