John Krol, 73, the former chairman of DuPont and lead director for Tyco International Ltd. . Other members are Gary Cowger, 62, most recently group vice president of global manufacturing and labor relations for General Motors; Rajiv Gupta, 63, former chairman and chief executive officer of Rohm & Haas Co,; J. Randall MacDonald, 61, senior vice president, human resources at IBM; Sean Mahoney, 47, a private investor; Michael McNamara, 52, chief executive officer of Flextronics International Ltd.; and Lawrence Zimmerman, 66, vice chairman and chief financial officer of Xerox Corp. .
