Vang Vieng, Lao Peoples Dem Rep

Tubing injuries:
- left knee: bruised and swollen, resulting in extreme pain when bending it
- left hip: hideously bruised and scratched
- left hand: small cut to palm
- right leg: large graze below the knee
- right foot, sole: deep and painful cut a few inches below the big toe
- back: large graze below the right shoulder
- various other minor scrapes and bruises

Rocks are not my friend!

In the morning Susan left for Vientiane, so Mark moved into my room. We were neither of us in any fit state for tubing, so we decided to be lazy bastards. We went to the Friends cafe, as usual, for breakfast: another Full English, as had become culture-shunningly traditional.
