Most of us are by now familiar with the concept of networking. We also know that it may be beneficial to our operations if we are good at it. But how are we really capable of building a successful network?
The concept of networks in recent years has been widened and it now includes Facebook, blogs and Twitter to mention a few players that come to be known as social Medias. Companies are increasingly using some of these in their branding, or for marketing purposes, you may, for example, via groups on Facebook, invite friends and acquaintances to share the current information about the company, use Twitter or create a business blog to invite more contacts too. Often it is a combination of all the examples. (I don“t argue here about the quality in those networks. I just use them as references for a better understanding because they are well-known)
