The company sells Dream Trip packages Members pay a once occuring fee, then a small monthly charge They pick from the vacations World Ventures offers The company claims members usually save enough on the first two trips it makes up for the fees The company also sells a package that allows members to be able to sell Dream Trips on their own website

The LTC package makes members Leisure Travel Consultants, who then are authorized to sell Dream Trips and LTC packages on a custom website LTCs are paid when they book travel through their website, and also when they recruit more LTCs The company tells its LTCs to promote this website inside their circle of freinds and family This is not stellar marketing advice
