The Motorola Droid. Not to mix droid metaphors here, but I feel like it's the phone Darth Vader would use. And after a couple of minutes using it, I'm still excited about it.
Some quick points:
• The sliding mechanism feels heavy, not snappy • It's not a light phone—it's mostly metal and glass, which is why it has that little chin on the bottom (for the RF antennas) • There's a sorta 80s feeling to the black metal and gold accents and glass, I think (I like it) • You can really feel the screen's extra resolution—it's nicer than the Moment's AMOLED screen, I think • The keyboard seems okay, even though it looks a little flat • It's pretty damn quick, moving between apps, scrolling and the like. Maybe the fastest Android phone yet. (We'll see.) • The dock and widget software—which is neat—is apparently exclusive to Motorola Android devices. • Google Navigation looks great, though I'll defer to Brian here • Facebook powers are built-in, and contacts integration isn't all or nothing like the Pre—you can assign by groups and stuff • Motorola has desktop software
