Full responsibility for the acquisition marketing strategy for the UK and US markets, including budget management, media planning, campaign execution and reporting
Hands-on management of all paid search campaigns for these markets including keyword list generation, ad copy testing, performance analysis and account optimisation across all search engines
Working closely with the Affiliates and Partnership manager and the affiliate networks to grow this channel significantly
Working closely with the website manager and SEO manager to implement an ongoing SEO strategy
Using analytics tools to monitor user behaviour closely and to optimise conversion rates
Working with Splendia’s B2B team to ensure Splendia’s hotel range is optimal for the US and UK markets
Producing weekly and monthly reports of performance against various KPIs
