Okay, having been in nations where I speak their language but imperfectly, I completely understand how difficult it can be to ask for and then comprehend instructions.
But, I don't even think this MOFO would've understood where I was telling him to go because he had more problems than ESL issues, 'cause
MOFO: (heavy foreign accent) Where is the Ben Franklin?
Me: Do you mean books by Ben Franklin, or books about Ben Franklin?
MOFO: (louder) Where is the Ben Franklin!
Me: I need to know -- by or about? I want to send you to the right place.
MOFO: (mutters) Stupid whore. (He storms towards Circ.)
---- Per my buddy in Security -- ----
MOFO: Where is the Ben Franklin?
Student Worker: You need to go to Ref desk.
MOFO: No help. Lazy Bitch.
Shocked Student Worker: Do you want books by Ben Franklin or about Ben Franklin?
MOFO: Where is the Ben Franklin!
(This is when Security stuck a head out side their door.)
Staffer On Duty: Sir, you need to calm down.
MOFO: WHERE IS THE BEN FRANKLIN! (I heard his yelling across the floor.)
