Summary

Hi All,

I'm new to this group, and fairly new to the world of blogging in general. I work for an HR Consultancy/Outsourcing Provider and we have a blog on our website. We are trying to keep it up to date with a mix of news, events, HR Advice, and anything else we think would be interesting for others.

My question to you all is this.... do any of you have experience of blogs of this type? Are they an effective business development tool? Do you have any tips on how to make the most of them for the business?

We're very conscious that we don't want the blog to end up being a long advert for our business, but of course it would be great to gain new business through effective blogging!

Any thoughts/comments would be much appreciated!
