YouTube has announced HD embeds, which is great because HD is so breathtakingly good. We just added support for these HD embeds and detect if it's possible. So now if you have an HD video, just paste the URL into email or a post editor page, or use our bookmarklet, and we'll auto-expand to the HD embed, and you don't even have to lift a finger (or check a checkbox, as it were).


    

What's more, we just added auto-embed functionality for the fine screenshot / screencast hosting site, screencast.com, and the much-loved Daily Show online video site. Paste a URL, and go to town, we'll drop in the embed.
