Perfectly safe? Really green? Hmm ... perhaps a better question would be, "Regardless of marketing claims, do you (the consumer) know how to safely, and resposibly use any product?
I was around during the early years of the "eco-movement", which was the fore runner of what we all know today as the "natural, green, enviro-friendly movement".
The common thread between both trends was their lamentation over the greater enphasis on marketing of products for convenience over personal accountability.
The only truely natural, green, earth friendly is the acts of a people whos focus is on personal accountability. This is the only thing that can create such an ideal environment for all.
