Congrats to Twitter for having a brand spanking new app to add to its brood. This latest Twitter creation is called TwitterBash and like its fellow Twitter brethren, it aims to make Twitter as good as it can be. How exactly? TwitterBash takes the Digg phenomena and makes it its own. The concept is simple. People are more apt to read things that are highly rated by other people—popularity works. So, TwitterBash compiles all the best 140 characters into one database. You post your favorite tweets to TwitterBash and other users can then rate them.
