Learning is a life long endeavor. We learn through books and so books will always be a very important part of life. The technology we have today affords us different ways to access books and having choices is a good thing. The association that Howard Dean has formed with Progressive Book Club appears to be based on values and progress.
I see that Howard Dean has written about health care reform, but I wish there were more about his views on the subject? I have grave misgivings about a bureaucracy managing the health care of our citizens. It just makes natural methods for prevention even more important. But he is a great addition to the Progressive Book Club and I know they're delighted to have him.
