Next week, my buddies over at Oso Closo are heading into the studio to lay down the much-anticipated sophomore album "Today is Beauty's Birthday." I don't know if you've ever made an album before, but it is crazy expensive. But it needs to be done. The world needs this album, and the band needs to allow for their full creative vision to come to fruition (we'll all be better off for it, of that I am certain). To make this art happen, Oso Closo is going all NPR on us and letting fans and friends club in and be a part of the production process.
I won't go into a Times are Tough Schpeel (this is not The Huffington Post), but I will hop on the Support The Arts Soapbox because it's our duty as human beings- and if you are reading this post, you are likely to be a human that appreciates art and quite possibly has $5-$10 in your pocket. Now, you can go get a burger, sit at home and stare at your belly button OR you can put that change into something that at least five people are extraordinarily passionate about and maybe come away with some cool thank you gif
