I'm not a baby boomer, but my better half is, however, I find he does not take are of himself at all, rather, he is always trying to make my life as easy as possible. No matter what, i can't get him to sit still for one minute. I will tell him about this book, however, I think perhaps I should read it to gain a better understanding.

I'm not a boomer myself, but I certainly do understand the huge market out there from baby boomers. I guess I'm not that far behind, and should be taking better care of myself.
