Boston has many vegan and vegetarian-friendly restaurants. Last night the boyfriend and I ate dinner at Ten Tables in Jamaica Plain. This cozy, intimate restaurant (it actually has eleven tables) has been on our to do list for awhile, but we don’t often get to JP for dinner. OK, OK, you've convinced me! I have to take a trip to Boston! :-) The picture of the meal you ate looks absolutely luscious! I especially like the idea of eating produce 'in season' because we're more likely to eat local that way. Even at Whole Foods I notice produce from places like Chile and Guatemala and I know the controls on organic aren't nearly as stringent there so we don't really know what we're getting. Local produce is much safer.
I have never been to Boston but almost had a trip there last spring. This review makes me want to visit soon as I like small intimate restaurants where it's mostly about the delicious food. Great service is important as well and more healthy eating is what we all should be doing.
Hi five folks I like to watch cookery programs on the telly and I've noticed more chefs are showing the viewers how to prepare veggy grub a top chef the other night was asked how many recipes he could conger up and his reply was well its endless all I need to do is prepare any meal and change a meat dish with something solid that hasn't got a pulse .... aaaahhhhhh ... pass me a carrot ...
