Just about every team has at least one creative volunteer. Are you allowing your team to be creative, not just perfect, in their execution? Q: What is the hardest thing about guitar playing for you?
“Being comfortable with the fact that the guitar is a very sloppy instrument. Guitar, by its nature, never hits the right note ever. If you go for a G, you’re gonna get a G sharp or a G flat, period.
