Awesome spam opportunity: marketer loads 20 prospect phone numbers into one grand central number, calls that number, talks to whomever answers first--instead of making 20 calls, leaving voicemails, etc.. Then just removes that "successful" number from the 20 and makes the next call.

Huzzah. SMS aggregation, digital voice mail with free transcription & more. Ridiculously useful...and one more step towards Google having all of my/your/our stuff. Sure hope that "don't be evil" bit holds up.
