Summary
The mark of the expert is an effortless ease of motion. When you train the limbic system and free off the fish you experience and integration of body/mind so you can give up trying and experience just being. You become creative and not trying to create. This state of being creative heightens your sensitivity and expands your awareness to allow your whole being to utilise feedback from your environment without prejudice. This state allows one to act from a centered position without having to rely on past conditioned reflexed pathways learned in tension, fear and unintegrated states of body/mind.

When you move in this way your whole body moves in a balanced harmonious way. If you are pushed pulled or twisted in any direction your whole body will move towards the way of least resistance. Even if your limbs are restricted from moving, your fish is always free to move in limbic rhythmic fashion, which is always co-ordinated. Subtle movement of the fish can change the whole mechanics of a situation where force or strength would have been futile. This is the true nature of power

Certainly looks like a fun way of keeping agile in both mind and body and very sociable too.

Very interesting... I am sure there is some form of martial arts that uses this principle to defeat even the most formidable opponents.

Shows that pursuing an healthy active lifestyle does not have to be boring and that it could provide as much fun and laughter in a living room as in a pub.

Wow! You make it look so easy to defend yourself with little effort. Your partner had no clue how to defend herself. You basically used your body to block or move her around and she had no idea how to block you.

This technique looks so easy by the way their body motions flow. Is this a course?
