Martha Stewart was prosecuted between 2001 and 2004. What was the SEC doing after she went to minimum security lockup?

And ignoring the powerful Washington connected, influential, above reproach Bernie.....even though they had multiple, credible warnings over many years that he was running a giant Ponzi scheme.

@reechard and, of course, the fact that Bernie's niece (his compliance officer) married the SEC inspector had nothing to do with the sloppy investigation that was conducted
