It's that time again. The beginning of a new month, and also the time to highlight some unique, new and veteran members to follow on FriendFeed. In being true to one of my core values and practices of "promoting others more then I promote myself ", I like to give back any way possible, and I couldn't think of a more satisfying way of doing it. This time around, thanks to Louis Gray, who is one of FriendFeed's most influential evangelists, I have been given a bigger platform to shine the spotlight onto others.
Previous lists of top FriendFeeders to follow can be found for July, September and November.

Having a Top 10 List each month is a cool idea. Rather than having 100 in one shot, which means you really don't get chance to really find out about them as individual. 10 a month gives you time to check them all out and make up your own mind without being rushed.
@jasongoldberg For the record, I really enjoy the time I get to spend on friendfeed. To put that into perspective; friendfeed is like dessert, but socialmedian is the Main course! lol
Great post going to check them all out , except for michael already been following him for a while now Great guy and deserves the spot on the list Gratz to everyone else aswell
FF is more like the water cooler at work. SM is a bit more "serious" for me....i wouldn't want all the jeff(isa)geek Star Wars pics, and Mona N. "fails" (although both are great) on SM. Both sites serve a distinct purpose for me... with a small overlap @michaelfidler @jasongoldberg
@jeffdoug That's how i feel, too. That's why I compared ff to dessert. It's for pleasure(although things can get quite serious too). SM is something that I take very seriously. At the same time I'm sharing and learning from the community, I'm also conducting valuable research for myself. The power of Web 2.0 has added considerable value to this research which I used to do by myself. This makes SM an indispensable service. I hope Jason doesn't start charging me now!
