Indeed. I'm sure there's a lawsuit brewing already. It also goes to crowd common sense. Apparently on Black Friday, crowds don't have any.

@paulswansen add to the worker's death that the crowd surge caused a pregnant woman to miscarry, and this is a particularly tragic event. Yet again, consumerism prevails over decency and common sense.

I am thoroughly disgusted by this. I said a while ago, and perhaps this is harsh but I'll repeat it on here for you to judge, "if a terrorist did an attack on a Black Friday crowd waiting outside some store or mall I would not be unhappy. He or she would have done that particular community a favor." Call me sick or whatever, but these people are just plain idiots.

@greghollingsworth The lady didn't miscarry. She was 8 months along and taken to the hospital for observation, then released.
Don't want to take away from how terrible this story is, just keeping it straight.

@rapideye I heard that later in the evening and I was very relieved to find out that the early reports of a her miscarrying were incorrect.
