Youth voters had an estimated increase of 19% since 2004. Youth voters between the ages of 18-29 are immersed in net culture and social networking. I think this played a huge part in voter turnout.

If Obama was able to mobilize millions around a "cause"... Imagine the damage that an angry mob could do to a brand or social media effort. A business owner, CEO really needs to make sure that they know what they are doing with social media from the outset. Otherwise by the time they realize they made a mistake, it is already too late.
