Join IPDI and author, consultant, and visiting professor Rafael Rubio for a discussion about the 2008 General Election in Spain. How did the campaigns use technology to persuade and mobilize voters? What trends in online politics exist across geographical boundaries? How do electoral uses of the technology differ between Spain and the United States?
