: Excellent thought promotive info thanks for this although I was aware that pomegranates were a potent inhibitor of cardiovascular disease and a therapeutic food for gingivitis through its antioxidant mechanism (more potent than red wine or green tea according to the ORAC). After reading the literature, I learned that it also is important in prostate health and erectile dysfunction.
: although research is continuously being gathered from around the world, as a manufacturer and seller of pomegranate reduction sauces I believe in their many health benefits. Interestingly enough our sauces do not stain and according to our last independent ORAC test probably the highest antioxidant on the market today. When we touch a hot object our hand retracts quickly. This is called a reflex action. The nerves in the finger send a message to the spinal cord, the message is returned, pull away. Reflexes can be inhibited by higher intelligence in the brain. For example, if our dinner were on the plate we would tolerate the heat unti (Read More)

: I never knew that - I think most people are aware of the 'bend your knees, not your back', I was aware of the effects that stress has on my body, especially my neck and shoulders. I would never have associated some of the foods that we eat to be stress factors that can cause our muscles and spine to come out of alignment.
: food and how if effects our body is very interesting and i just love it when you eat something and you feel the posotive effects on your body. we have tuned out for far to long.
: I was not aware that the sugar-insulin reaction in the body was related to a reflex, but am aware that too much sugar from bad carbs is not healthy. It is interesting how we have all that we need in the body to take care of itself, and yet we find ways (even unknowingly) to abuse that. Our bodies are wonders but we don't seem to know how best to take care of them, or are not willing to learn.

: As a nurse who is familiar with sleep studies I can completely agree with your article. It seems trivial to not get enough sleep but i can agree that it is not at all trivial. Right sided heart failure is associated with sleep disorders. It is very important to seek medical advice concerning insomnia and sleep disorders. Thanks for this article!
: It seems to me that in addition to having rhythms disrupted proper supplementation would help with some of these symptons, such as sleep apnea ( weight is often a big issue), calcium and magnesium. I would also, however, recommend enough hours of uninterrupted sleep, such as getting to bed at a decent hour.
: Interesting! I've worked nights for 17 years now, and while I do sleep well, I remain perpetually tired. I do find that staying on a good healthy diet along with supplements that I do much better.

: I agree and I disagree. If you "know" in your heart that the affirmation is a lie, your emotions will betray you. The power of affirmations comes from your emotional belief, and that comes more from acting "as if" than from the affirmation itself. The affirmation is a tool that allows you to begin acting "as if" the affirmation were true, and that's where the real stuff happens.
: Great article. I use affirmations every morning before I leave the bedroom. I have them taped to the mirror in my bathroom and it really helps get my day started in the right frame of mind. Also I like the "tense" you use: I am losing weight..." etc. To me saying it that way produces less resistance in my brain than saying "I am slim and trim" which I've heard others advocate. Also thanks for the tip about video affirmations. Haven't tried those yet.

: Richard - Thank you for sharing your plan with us. Instead of stabbing in the dark to get good rankings on Google, I now can take specific steps when posting to my blog or when writing an article.
: I like the idea of going after top organic results. Three word phrases may be used by people that are transitioning from the 'research information' phase and getting closer to the 'buying' phase which could convert better than two word phrases. Good for those who want to follow your plan and get that top organic spot.

: Good video comparison of a well-known paid keyword tool v Google's free keyword tool, which some first-hand experience showing why you may well be better off with the free version. If you're looking to get effective keywords in your articles & blog posts, this video is definitely worth watching.
: Great work. Mastering key word analysis is useful tool for us bloggers. They are so many tools on the market and you are featuring 2 great sources. Got to admit I much prefer the google tool and on top it is free. Also would recommend to sign up for Adword even if you do not use PPC, you be able to save your work. Using key word analysis allows you to know what people are searching and find out if there is a way to monetize on these key words.Google also allows you to customize your key word search either world wide, country specific or language specific. Learn how to use it and it will for sure help you.
: This is great. I have used the paid version of Wordtracker which gives the KEI (keyword effectiveness index) that shows competition as well, but the Google Tool is free and gives you a basic idea. I find that using those low competition/popular long-tails are the key to getting those page 1 results on google. Thanks for putting this video together.
