: Thanks for the reference, Nigel. We do use social networking at Carphone Warehouse and monitor any references both from a PR and support perspective. We have turned some difficult situations around which we may never have known about. We have a Facebook account too to help customers with 'Tip of the Day'. Early days still but we're out there lurking and it's going well
