: It was funny to see 'needing a hubby' from a guy. :-) Your article is spot on, though, because just getting a name on your list doesn't mean much of anything. This is even more true in the age of social media where the buyer has all the power. Consumers have gotten much more savvy and are demanding high quality products and excellent customer service. All honest biz owners should applaud this development.

: This is a subject that is so overwhelming confusing to most of us that it seems like it takes an Einstein to understand it! Still, I can appreciate the idea of taking the long view and not counting on five second profits. There's a saying about how we Americans plan for the month or quarter - while the Japanese plan for 100 years. Hopefully, the view isn't that long but it's the same sentiment.

Three word phrases may be used by people that are transitioning from the 'research information' phase and getting closer to the 'buying' phase which could convert better than two word phrases. : Great work. Mastering key word analysis is useful tool for us bloggers. They are so many tools on the market and you are featuring 2 great sources. Got to admit I much prefer the google tool and on top it is free. Also would recommend to sign up for Adword even if you do not use PPC, you be able to save your work. Using key word analysis allows you to know what people are searching and find out if there is a way to monetize on these key words.Google also allows you to customize your key word search either world wide, country specific or language specific. Learn how to use it and it will for sure help you.

: This is great. I have used the paid version of Wordtracker which gives the KEI (keyword effectiveness index) that shows competition as well, but the Google Tool is free and gives you a basic idea. I find that using those low competition/popular long-tails are the key to getting those page 1 results on google. Thanks for putting this video together.

: I never knew that - I think most people are aware of the 'bend your knees, not your back', I was aware of the effects that stress has on my body, especially my neck and shoulders. I would never have associated some of the foods that we eat to be stress factors that can cause our muscles and spine to come out of alignment.Very interesting, thank you for sharing Julie

: I was not aware that the sugar-insulin reaction in the body was related to a reflex, but am aware that too much sugar from bad carbs is not healthy. It is interesting how we have all that we need in the body to take care of itself, and yet we find ways (even unknowingly) to abuse that. Our bodies are wonders but we don't seem to know how best to take care of them, or are not willing to learn.

: When doing any business online, you should take note of every single detail especially if there are payments to be made. Even those that offer money-back guarantees and trial periods still have some tricks to make you pay a whole lot more than what you expect!
