: Usually the owner of the blog asks you. Sometimes done during a holiday/vacation. Then the blogger might ask for applications. If a bloger dioes it regularly, you might wanna ask. but I guess a contact and communication should be established. It's all a matter of networking. ;) Usually this involves stuff in real life and such ;) Likde webmondes, Geekdinners, Barcamps etc.

Sharing is about building a Network. To share means that what is good for you, can be good for others. Why keep it to yourself! The message is important.
