: This is a bit of a concern as I am just about to start my PhD. But for me it is a matter of work or don't work as my future unfolds. Not everyone is an extroverted marketer and not everyone is happy to simply be a cog in production. Some thirst for learning and thrive on advanced education. Let them do so.
