: I just heard a very successful speakers coach talk about how the climate has changed in regard to speaking so that what CEO's are looking for (and yes, it's the CEO's looking for speakers these days) is content. Motivation and celebrity fluff are no longer tolerated. They want, and need, real training that provides results. So when you are pitching companies you need to be aware that your have to convince them you can transform their employees by your talk, and you won't be asked back if don't actually do it,
