Does eating better really help us if we’re going through menopause late in life? Can it prevent symptoms from being worse than they have to? These are very good questions. Women expect to go through menopause, but when it happens late, it tends to be worrisome. (Read More)
: Our bodies function according to what we feed them. It would make sense to me that eating healthy would help all people at all times. We do know that certain foods and ingredients trigger specific menopause symptoms. If a women does not want to have those symptoms she should stay away. We have so much information available to us now that women before us did not have. We should take advantage, especially if it will help us.
