: Absolutely it can. My wife suffered horrific depression during menopause, but got it sorted simply through using diet alone.

: Our bodies function according to what we feed them. It would make sense to me that eating healthy would help all people at all times. We do know that certain foods and ingredients trigger specific menopause symptoms. If a women does not want to have those symptoms she should stay away. We have so much information available to us now that women before us did not have. We should take advantage, especially if it will help us.
