: Non-Seattle peeps, this place is where the local cops found and shot the guy they say did a drive-by execution on a Seattle officer Halloween night. Viv and I happened to pause on the local Fox affiliate's coverage last night, the day that this guy was taken into custody. I am sure none of you will be surprised to learn that the Fox reporters were pronouncing the apartment complex's name as "The Terrist Apartments."
