Oct 02, 2009

Daniel J. Pritchett - FriendFeed Now that I’ve had a chance to play with Google Wave a bit and to hear what other people have to say about it I’ve noticed that a lot of people are disappointed and it seems to me that they have missed the point.Google Wave is a platform, a framework, an infrastructure. TwitLinks Just when I thought I was closer to giving up on Firefox, a new application, in the form of a plugin, has become a major addiction for me (and a saviour for the spiraling browser). I’m talking, of course, about Feedly.Feedly was brought to my attention (as many other applications have) by the omnipresent Robert Scoble. He p (Read More)

: I agree with Nathan, feedly is very intuitive much like magazine type websites. I especially like the mini toolbar as it makes sharing stuff in Twitter a breeze!

How Facebook Could Create a Revolution, Do Good, and Make Billions
Jun 26, 2009

ReadWriteWeb Great bruising battles between powerful antagonists is good for media. It "sells papers," as we used to say, or "generates clicks", as we now say. When you mix in a love triangle and jilted lovers, well, the audience just goes wild. And Wired did a great job in its piece on Facebook, Google, and Microsoft: riveting stuff. B (Read More)

Two Big Surprises: Boston Police Department has a Twitter account and two, it has a sense of humour.
Jun 04, 2009

The Next Web It’s true, Boston Police department use Twitter to post breaking news to the public.More often than not its rather mundane stuff such as crime data and road closures. This particular incident was no different except for the fact that an officer had been bitten in the arm. Will Cady, probably rather bored, decided to reply a (Read More)
