Heather Hartmann, LLC, founded in 2001, is your Recruiting and HR business partner. Our model is very flexible, and able to meet any of your Recruiting and HR needs. We've done work for a variety of industries, and all sizes of organizations, both locally and nationally. Clients include Accenture, Towers Perrin, Monsanto, Save-A-Lot Foods, Bunge North America, Savvis Communications, Reuters, Maverick Technologies and many more. Heather has over twenty years of recruiting experience including key positions at Peabody Energy, Accenture, Cap Gemini Ernst and Young, The Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis and EdwardJones. She has been an Advisor to Staffing.org, and has served as a Region Chair and Area Vice President of the Employment Management Association. She has been a presenter at local Employment Management Association events, and ERE Media conferences. She is also published in “On Staffing – Advice and Perspectives” published by Wiley & Sons.
