: I have seen this in action within my Twitter network and was pretty amazed. I know Firefox isn't a major corporation - but I was stunned when they contacted me about Firefox 3 crashes based on my tweets. Any corporation who doesn't have PR folks listening to social networks is losing customers based on negative word of mouth. Can you imagine if Apple responded to iPhone and MobileMe issues as they were happening?
